Solve for X: Algebra Equations is an offline learning app. Your working belongs on your iPhone, not in an account you have to create.
What the app stores
The app saves your lesson position, completed exercises, written working, answer drafts, practice difficulty, hints and attempt summaries, and any supported equation variations locally on your iPhone. These records allow you to resume your learning. The app does not ask for your name, email address or other account details.
Where your information goes
Learning progress is stored in the app’s local storage. Solve for X has no account system, cloud sync or backend receiving your answers. The app does not send your working to us, advertisers or an AI service. It does not include third-party analytics or advertising software.
Your device’s operating system may include app data in device backups, depending on your settings. Those backups are managed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s privacy terms.
Device permissions
The current app does not request access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos or health information. An internet connection is not required to use the lessons or practice.
Keeping and deleting progress
Progress stays in the app’s local storage so you can continue later. To remove local app data, delete the app from your iPhone rather than offloading it. Deleting the app also removes its local learning progress. Any device backups are managed separately through your Apple settings.
This website
This website does not include analytics, advertising trackers, third-party embeds or a mailing-list form. It does not create a website account or use tracking cookies. The hosting provider may process ordinary technical request information, such as an IP address and browser information, to deliver and protect the site.
Links to the App Store and Superapp take you to other services. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.

If you choose to email us at [email protected], your email provider and ours will process the message. Information you choose to send, such as your email address, device details or a screenshot, is used to respond to your request. Please do not send passwords, payment information or other sensitive details.
Children and learners
The app is designed for learners, including beginners. It does not require personal information to use its learning features and does not offer messaging, public profiles or user-generated shared content.
