From a tricky equation to finding your saved working, start with these common questions.
An answer is not being accepted
Check the instruction for the current step. Enter the requested expression, number or full bracket in its own field. Use brackets around whole numerators, denominators and square-root expressions. When a final answer asks for two decimal places, enter two decimal places. Reveal answer shows the expected entries without changing your working.
I want help without completing a step
Use Hint for guidance or Reveal answer for a read-only explanation. Neither fills your answer fields or completes the question. Undo lets you return to your previous accepted step.
Where did my practice working go?
Practice is saved separately from lessons. Return to the same topic’s Practice equations button and choose Resume when it is offered. Opening lessons does not replace your practice working.
Can I move my progress to another device?
The app saves progress locally and does not offer account-based sync. Keep the app installed if you want to retain that local progress. Your iPhone’s backup and restore options are managed by Apple.
How do I choose a different practice level?
Open Practice equations on a topic card and select Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced or Random. Random mixes all levels. Starting a new question keeps lesson completions separate from practice.
Do I need to stay online?
No. All current lessons, worked examples and curated practice are available offline. Your place is saved locally on your iPhone.
NEED SOMETHING ELSE?
A useful support message starts here.
Include your iPhone model, iOS version, topic, lesson or practice question, and a short description of what happened. A screenshot of the equation and feedback is helpful. Please leave out sensitive personal information.
